Anselmo Damonte Winery is a small, family-owned estate winery. We do not sell personal information for monetary gain. However, like most websites, we may share certain data with third-party service providers in ways that may qualify as "sharing" under California law:

- Vinoshipper: When you place an order or sign up for the Wine Club through our website, your name, email, address, and order information are shared with Vinoshipper LLC to process and fulfill your order. This is a service provider relationship, not a sale.
- Marketing Emails: If you subscribe to our mailing list, your email address may be stored with a third-party email platform.
