1. How We Ship
Anselmo Damonte Winery ships wine through Vinoshipper LLC, a federally and state-licensed direct-to-consumer (DTC) wine shipping platform. Vinoshipper handles all order fulfillment, carrier coordination, and compliance with state shipping laws. By placing an order, you agree to Vinoshipper's shipping terms.
2. Eligible States
Wine may only be shipped to states where DTC wine shipments are legally permitted. Vinoshipper manages state-by-state compliance automatically — if your state is not eligible for wine shipment, you will not be able to complete checkout. Eligible states are subject to change as laws evolve.
Shipping wine to a state where it is prohibited is a violation of state law. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe may violate applicable laws.
3. Adult Signature Required
By law, all wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. Wine cannot be left at the door, with a neighbor, or in a package locker. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
Please ensure someone aged 21+ will be available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. Failed delivery attempts may result in the wine being returned, in which case re-shipment fees may apply.
4. Shipping Carriers
Vinoshipper uses licensed wine-compliant carriers including UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection is made by Vinoshipper based on your delivery state and destination.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Ground shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state, order size, and shipping method selected. Wine Club members may receive preferred shipping rates as part of their membership benefits.
7. P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship wine to P.O. boxes. A valid residential or business street address is required. Carriers require a physical address to obtain an adult signature upon delivery.
8. Temperature & Weather Holds
To protect wine quality, shipments may be held during periods of extreme heat or cold. Vinoshipper monitors weather conditions along shipping routes and may delay orders accordingly. We are not responsible for quality issues that result from you waiving a weather hold. Temperature holds will be communicated via email.
9. International Shipping
We do not currently ship wine internationally. Wine orders are limited to eligible U.S. states only.
10. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your wine arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days. See our Return Policy for details on how to report an issue.
