2. Age Requirement — 21+
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive wine from Anselmo Damonte Winery. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that the intended recipient of the wine is also at least 21 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of delivery. Wine will not be left unattended — an adult signature is required.
Purchasing alcohol for a person under 21 years of age is a violation of California law and federal law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for a minor.
3. Wine Sales Through Vinoshipper
All wine purchases made through this website are facilitated by Vinoshipper LLC, a licensed third-party DTC (direct-to-consumer) wine retailer and fulfillment provider. When you complete a purchase through the shopping cart on this site, you are transacting with Vinoshipper as the licensed retailer of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Vinoshipper's terms of service and privacy policy, available at vinoshipper.com.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Wine may only be shipped to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that wine shipments are lawful in your state. Orders to restricted states will be cancelled. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will be honored. Payment is processed securely by Vinoshipper.
6. Wine Club Membership
The Anselmo Damonte Founders Club is an invitation-only membership. Enrollment requires an in-person meeting with the Anselmo Damonte family and a referral from an existing member. Membership fees are non-refundable once enrolled. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your annual membership fee. The founding rate of $360/year is locked for life as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate will not apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
